Acting is where I can hide and be seen at the same time. It’s the only thing I have wanted to do since the age of five. I love being in a rehearsal room creating with other artists. I love hearing an audience respond vocally to a play because I know something inside them has stirred. I’m grateful to share my passion for theatre with my students. They may not grow up to become actors, but it is my prayer that the training to understand character and emotions extends to them seeing the people and the world around them with the eyes of compassion.
